Effective March 14, 2022, we will begin charging a fuel surcharge due to the increase in fuel costs. We understand that this is not the news our customers want to hear, but we have to do what we can to keep our business running. The surcharge will be based on the weekly fuel cost, which can be found on the EIA website. We will calculate the surcharge based on the Gulf Coast PADD3 prices each Monday.Until further notice, the fuel surcharge will be as follows and added to the customer’s total invoice less fees, and taxes (fuel cost = surcharge percentage).
$2.50 = 6%
$3.75 = 9%
$5.00 = 12%
$6.25 = 15%
We want to be transparent with our customers and assure them that we will continue to monitor fuel costs and adjust the surcharge accordingly. We hope that fuel prices will decrease in the future, and we can eliminate this surcharge.
Our commitment to providing excellent customer service remains unchanged. We appreciate our customers’ continued support and understanding during these challenging times. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the fuel surcharge, please do not hesitate to contact us.
